Retail Methodology

Retail design involves a synchronized effort to understand Brand and Consumers together. It involves Space designing for selling brand and/or services and/or products to consumers. Distinct retail identity not only describes the brand but also is a unique aspect which is exclusively linked to a seller, delivers a message about the stores products and services and also build a strong emotional connect with the customer.

Touchpoint focus on the innovation of contextual retail business models for different brands by using design as a business strategy, which eventually takes place as consumer centric tangible designs. We believe in multi disciplinary approach of design, although each project is different, Touchpoint practices a design process to develop appropriate design solutions for the Client.

Diagnose defines understanding the Brief, Research and analysis of Brand and User (Brand positioning and user psychology) and redefining the brief.

Design involves initial conceptualization and finalization.

Develop the concept application

Deliver the adaptation of various formats, design guidelines and Brand manual.
